About The Position

You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organization and
• A passion and drive to provide exceptional service
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seat residents and guests as they arrive
• Manager reservations and organize seating plans to balance server workload
• Provide updates to customers on wait times and ensure
• Assist with providing work direction to Dining Associates (servers)
