Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Remain professional and poised during peak service hours
• Prior restaurant/customer service experience preferred

• Smart Serve Certification is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a positive and energetic manner
• Communicating with the team to ensure we have the right
• Using OpenTable to organize and improve on customer experience
• Seat guests and provide support to the servers and bartenders
• Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant
• Prepare the restaurant for opening
• Closing restaurant at the end of night
• Greet Guests upon arrival
• Inform Guests of their wait time
• Monitor waiting lists
• Enter Guest names into the computer system
• Show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave.
• Support by filling beverages
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus
• Answer the phones and fillto-go orders when needed.
• Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
