About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing hospitality and service. The role welcomes Guests, helps them feel special, manages the wait list, directs telephone calls, communicates Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and supports fellow Team Members in maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. The position requires a friendly, caring attitude and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Hosts must be able to stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary. No experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
