This position provides guest services including, but not limited to seating, food ordering, and merchandise sales, while assisting with general restaurant operations to uphold the company's image and quality standards. The role encompasses various functions: as a Lead, coordinating efficient guest seating based on table availability; as a Runner, safely guiding guests to tables with pleasant conversation; as a Greeter, enthusiastically welcoming guests and gathering information for seating; and as a Cashier, providing knowledgeable assistance for retail, food, and beverage orders, maintaining an accurate drawer, and adhering to cash handling policies.
