Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. This role offers a growth path to Food Server or Guest Service Agent, or Restaurant Supervisor or Front Office Supervisor. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, offering seating choices, escorting them to tables, and presenting menus. You will also maintain a log book for inter-shift communication, ensure the dining room is properly set up, assist with service as needed, and manage reservations and special functions. Adherence to HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines and safe work practices, including using protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards, is expected. Other duties may be assigned by management.
