About The Position
Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking hosts/hostesses for its varied restaurants. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all diners. The person should enjoy interaction with guests and the desire to provide a memorable experience to each party. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and teamwork. Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay. We are known for our award-winning service culture with an unparalleled commitment to go above and beyond for our guests. We offer four restaurants, two pools, two private beaches, four tennis courts, boating and sailing and championship golf.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests in a warm and gracious manner
- Answering telephone calls and making dining reservations utilizing Open Table
- Assisting servers whenever possible
- Maintaining menus in pristine condition
- Relaying guest compliments and complaints to management
- Informing management of special occasions
- Thanking guests for their patronage upon departure
