A Host greets and facilitates the guest experience by scheduling reservations, organizing server sections and maintaining an efficient customer flow. The Host also contributes to the successful execution of high volume Togo Orders and is included in the gratuity pool of these order! The Host is responsible for communicating feedback from customers and informing staff of menu or operational changes.
