Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a high-traffic environment
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player!

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage waitlists ensure efficient seating
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Communicate wait times accurately and professionally
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to manage table availability
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general guest inquiries
• Take carryout orders over the phone
• Bagging carryout orders
• Helping guests at the carryout counter for ordering/paying/receiving orders
• Handling money and credit card paymentsfor carryout orders
