About The Position

San Simeon Estate is seeking a warm, polished, and hospitality-driven Host to join our opening team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Host plays a critical role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure. Set within Paso Robles' Willow Creek District, San Simeon Estate combines coastal-inspired cuisine, estate-grown wines, and elevated hospitality. We are looking for team members who are professional, organized, and passionate about delivering genuine hospitality.

Requirements

Must be 21+
Weekend and holiday availability required.

Previous restaurant, winery, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a gracious first impression.
Manage reservations and seating assignments using Tock.
Coordinate guest flow between the tasting room, dining areas, and outdoor spaces.
Communicate wait times and assist with special requests.
Support servers and management to ensure seamless service.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entry, host stand, and guest areas.
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries regarding experiences, wine club benefits, and events.
Assist with merchandise and wine sales as needed.
Uphold San Simeon Estate service standards and brand values.
Greet guests with “welcome” wine.
