About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's, part of Brinker International, pioneered the idea of “casual dining” and offers a special Italian American tradition. The company is committed to helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and assisting its own employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Hosts, aims to make Guests feel special in a lively, Italian American restaurant setting.
