- Welcome every guest with genuine Wisconsin hospitality
- Manage the waitlist and seating to keep service flowing smoothly
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions
- Keep the lobby and host stand clean, organized, and inviting
- Communicate with servers and managers to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Jump in and help wherever needed because great teams work together
