Requirements

You are at least 16 years old.
You have excellent customer service skills and genuinely enjoy working with people.
You're available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You're comfortable on your feet for long periods of time and thrive when the pace picks up.
You're organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing your smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and attentiveness, answer questions, and make everyone who walks through the door feel like they're exactly where they're supposed to be.
Answer phones, take to-go orders, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a friendly, can-do attitude.
Manage the seating chart using our iPad system, complete transactions accurately using the point of sale system, balance cash drawers, and prepare deposits — because the details behind the scenes make the front of house shine.
Assist servers, bartenders, and cooks with various tasks as needed, step in to bus tables, and help keep the restaurant stocked and running smoothly throughout your shift.
Deliver room service and spa orders as assigned.
