About The Position

Hosts are responsible for creating the initial and final impression for Maggiano’s guests. They greet and seat guests, answer phones, take reservations, maintain an accurate wait when necessary, and bid farewell to guests. The role is part of a fast-paced Front of the House team focused on making guests feel special and welcoming them into the restaurant.
