About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest's experience at Chili's by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role focuses on helping Guests feel special, managing the wait list, directing phone calls, communicating concerns to the Manager, and supporting fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and standing for long periods. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
