About The Position
Carolina Ale House is seeking Hosts to join our team in Augusta, GA! Join us for open interviews every Tuesday through Friday 2pm-4pm! If you enjoy great Food, Sports and Fun come join our team!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player mentality, willing to assist other team members when needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the establishment.
- Manage the guest reservation system, including taking reservations and handling cancellations or modifications.
- Maintain an organized and efficient waiting list during busy periods, ensuring guests are promptly seated.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Display a friendly and outgoing demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Additional duties as needed.
