The Host position is the control center of the restaurant. You’ll manage the flow of the dining room, greet guests, and ensure service is paced in a way that sets the entire team up for success. This role requires strong communication, organization, and confidence in decision-making. You’ll work closely with servers and managers to create a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive.
