Requirements

A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
A positive attitude.
Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Mobility required during the entire shift.
Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
Regularly required to navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
Ability to move and grasp items up to five pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend and stoop.
Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically greeting guests upon arrival and departure.
Assisting guests to their seats.
Managing the overall guest flow of the restaurant.
Ensuring a positive guest experience from start to finish.
Opening doors for arriving and departing guests.
Accommodating special guest needs such as boosters, highchairs, and assisting guests with disabilities.
Managing the waitlist when the restaurant is busy.
Providing assistance to servers as needed.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area and completing assigned cleaning tasks.
Inviting guests to return for another dining experience.
