About The Position

This is a full-time position in the Hospitality & Retail job area, located in Park City, Utah. The role involves representing High West and its values, greeting and seating customers, managing waitlists and reservations, and maintaining front entrance cleanliness. The Host also organizes menus, assists servers, acts as a liaison between kitchen and service staff, helps with event set-up, and manages coat check organization. Requirements

• One to two years of experience in restaurant environment, preferably in host position.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule)
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Lifting may be required.
