About The Position

As a Host, you are the first and last impression of the Founder's Club Restaurant. Your role is to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth and inviting experience. A polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to elite customer service are essential.

Requirements

Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Self-motivated and able to perform quality work with limited supervision.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering trays when needed.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus.
Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services.
Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house.
Monitor waitlists and guest flow; manage guest expectations during busy periods.
Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service.
Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating.
Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender.
Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks.
Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team.
Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management.
Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management
