About The Position

As a Host, you are the first and last impression of the Founder's Club Restaurant. Your role is to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth and inviting experience. A polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to elite customer service are essential.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform quality work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering trays when needed.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
  • Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus.
  • Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services.
  • Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house.
  • Monitor waitlists and guest flow; manage guest expectations during busy periods.
  • Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service.
  • Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating.
  • Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender.
  • Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks.
  • Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team.
  • Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management
