About The Position

This role involves working as a team with FOH and BOH to ensure a consistent and timely experience for guests through customer service and food quality. The Host will actively assist fellow team members in meeting the needs of guests, follow company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards, and engage in continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages. Additional duties may apply specific to each position. Requirements

1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred
Valid Food Handlers card required
Working knowledge and/or exposure to dining room and service standards, procedures, and functions

Responsibilities

Working as a team with FOH and BOH to ensure consistent and timely experience for guests through customer service and food quality
Actively assisting fellow team members in meeting the needs of guests
Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
