About The Position
The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. Stay current on menu options, specialties, and menu deviation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and professional maturity.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Host experience in fine dining preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a genuine and delightful smile.
