About The Position

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Host, you’ll ensure smooth and accurate transactions. In this role, you will:
Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, credit, and other transactions.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing guest needs.
Assist with seating guests, as needed, and support the host team during busy periods.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, following all health and safety guidelines.
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the team to ensure guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
