The Host is the first Team Member that our guests will see! This Team Member will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, informing them of specials, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. The role involves managing waitlists, quoting wait times, running the floor plan board, observing table status, cleaning and stocking menus, and performing various side work duties. The Host also interacts with guests to ensure a positive dining experience, maintains restrooms, organizes merchandise, and adheres to company policies and procedures. Reporting to required meetings and maintaining a neat uniform and personal hygiene are also key aspects of the role.
