About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, creating inspiring experiences through food, service, and spirit, grounded in hospitality, connection, and care. They are opening a new location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026 and are seeking friendly, organized, and guest-focused Hosts to be the first point of connection for guests. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing hospitality role
• Familiarity with dining room service standards and procedures

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
• Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
• Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service
• Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
• Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
