The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls is looking for their next part time Host! Cascata Italian Cuisine offers an authentic taste of Italy in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our menu features classic Italian dishes crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients from handmade pastas and rich sauces to hand-tossed pizzas and seasonal specialties. Our guests can pair their meals with a curated selection of wines or signature cocktails and enjoy a dining experience that blends traditional flavors with modern elegance. Perfect for intimate dinners, celebrations, or a relaxing night out. Overlooking the river, Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls is in The Steel District next to historic Falls Park and Levitt Outdoor Amphitheater. Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
Seat guests and manage the seating chart
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Ensure knowledge of menu
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
