About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose. Through our food, our service, and our spirit, we are offering an experience that seeks to inspire. This role involves working as a team with FOH and BOH to ensure a consistent and timely experience for guests through customer service and food quality. The position also requires actively assisting fellow team members in meeting the needs of guests, following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards, and continuing education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages. Additional duties may apply specific to each position.

Requirements

• Hiring for weekend availability, 4-5 shifts per week.
• 1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred
• Working knowledge and/or exposure to dining room and service standards, procedures, and functions
• Be able to exchange accurate information while communication with customers
• Be able to distinguish different tastes, i.e., sweet and bitter flavors.
• Work in a noisy/distracting environment

Responsibilities
