About The Position
This role is about being the welcoming face of the establishment, greeting guests warmly and managing waitlists efficiently. The specialist will also be responsible for taking and packaging to-go orders with care and style, maintaining a tidy host stand and to-go area, and collaborating with the kitchen and service team to ensure a smooth operation. The ultimate goal is to ensure guests feel they have received the best service possible.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys working with people.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm during busy periods.
- Natural multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
