About The Position
This role involves greeting guests warmly, managing waitlists efficiently, and accurately taking and packaging to-go orders. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized host stand and to-go area, collaborating with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations, and ensuring guests feel they have received excellent service.
