About The Position

This role combines the responsibilities of a Host and a To-Go Specialist. The Host serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, managing the flow of the restaurant while creating a welcoming environment. The To-Go Specialist handles all aspects of to-go and curbside orders, ensuring orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered to guests with care.

Requirements

• Ability to manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently.
• Clear communication of wait times.
• Ability to answer phones.
• Ability to assist with to-go orders.
• Ability to take and confirm phone, online, and third party orders.
• Ability to package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards.
• Ability to manage curbside and front-of-house pickup.
• Ability to handle cash and card payment transactions accurately.
