About The Position

The Host Retail Concierge is responsible for providing friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the retail shop to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The Concierge must possess strong knowledge of merchandise features and benefits, be familiar with all offerings, and follow inventory control procedures for accurate product tracking. Additionally, they need to stay updated on Jamul Casino Resort amenities, events, and promotions to offer personalized guest service. This is a part-time position that may require supporting the Hotel Resort Host team by covering breaks, PTO, or shifts after completing relevant training. Upholding the standards of the Jamul Casino Guest Service Program in all interactions is crucial. The role also includes performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to earn and maintain a Gaming License.
• Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Ability to earn and maintain RBS certification within 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience in retail and/or guest service preferred.

• Maintain current knowledge of Jamul Casino Resort amenities, events, and promotions to provide personalized guest service.
• Support the Hotel Resort Host team by covering breaks, PTO, or shifts when needed (after completing training for Host duties).
• Uphold the standards of the Jamul Casino Guest Service Program in all internal and external guest interactions.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
