ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members. Maintain neatness and cleanliness in the retail shop to ensure an inviting guest experience. Possess strong knowledge of merchandise features and benefits; be familiar with all available offerings. Follow inventory control procedures and ensure accurate product tracking. Maintain current knowledge of Jamul Casino Resort amenities, events, and promotions to provide personalized guest service. Support the Hotel Resort Host team by covering breaks, PTO, or shifts when needed (after completing training for Host duties). Uphold the standards of the Jamul Casino Guest Service Program in all internal and external guest interactions. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
