About The Position

The Host Person welcomes guests, seats them, and helps create a friendly, attentive dining experience. The role coordinates with servers and the cashier, assists with payments and tips, and helps manage reservations, tables, and orders. The Host Person is expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow safety rules, participate in training, take on new tasks, and demonstrate teamwork and trustworthiness. The job requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; initiative and consistent deadline management; the ability to understand and adapt to complex information from different sources; and basic financial understanding and arithmetic ability. A high school diploma or relevant hotel or field experience is preferred. Full-time hires become eligible for the listed benefits after an initial waiting period.
