About The Position

Terrace Pointe Café is a lively meeting place for breakfast, lunch, and brunch favorites. Dine inside with panoramic views of manicured gardens or move outdoors to enjoy al fresco dining on the poolside patio. You’ll find a variety of favorites, from avocado toast to a spicy chicken sandwich. Crowd-pleasing desserts include a banana split waffle sundae with all the toppings.

Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
  • Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.
  • Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.
  • All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.
  • Greeting and seating guests.
  • Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person.
  • Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating.
  • Assisting guest with special request.
