Host Person - Allegro
About The Position
Allegro, a landmark restaurant at Wynn, offers guests a taste of Chef Enzo Febbraro's globally inspired classics. Positioned at the hub of Wynn action, steps from the Wynn and Encore show theaters and close to Wynn Plaza Shops, Allegro serves over a quarter-million guests annually. As a Host Person at Allegro, you will be responsible for providing superior guest service consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating, greeting and seating guests, assisting with reservations, managing tables to maximize seating, and fulfilling special guest requests, all in accordance with departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (incl. reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.
- Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Requires a Clark County Health Card and TAM Card.
- Must be a minimum of 18-years of age.
Nice To Haves
- 1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
- May be required to wear up to 4-inch high-heels.
Responsibilities
- Providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.

- Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating.
