About The Position

This position is reserved for our current accepted J-1 Students. The role involves greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner, engaging in conversation as you seat guests promptly, advising guests of current specials, new menu items, and promotions. You will also manage the restaurant waiting list during high-volume times to set accurate guest expectations, sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return, and assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate. Adherence to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers

Responsibilities
