As a Host/Hostess of The Kitchen, you will provide a warm welcome to our guests and be the first impression to their dining experience. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting restaurant patrons with a positive friendly attitude. Assures guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience. Requirements

Knowledge of concession stand operations.
Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
Oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations in an interruptive environment.
Must be able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One-year restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

Assign wait staff to service patrons where seated.
Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurant.
Assisting wait staff.
Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
Responsible for cleaning host area, stairway, and entrance to restaurant.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
Other duties as assigned.
