Requirements

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Manage guest seating and ensure efficient flow of the dining area
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions
• Assist guests with any special requests or needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
