Requirements

Previous Host, Hostess, Guest Relations, or Reservations experience in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

Join the opening team and help create a welcoming, memorable first impression for guests at our new restaurant.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient dining room operations and guest satisfaction.
Greet and escort guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
Coordinate closely with leadership and front-of-house team members to maintain a seamless flow of service.
Maintain awareness of table status, guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special occasions to personalize the guest experience.
Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns while maintaining a positive and polished atmosphere.
