Join our team and be part of a family that values both tradition and innovation. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for meeting, greeting, and seating restaurant guests. They also help provide an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring that guests have everything they need. They may manage reservations, set tables, and may take drink orders. You will be expected to dress neatly and appropriately to make a good impression. Maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude is crucial in this position. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing outstanding service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant hostess experience required
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to interact with multiple types of people
Able to move constantly and remain on standing for long periods of time
Excellent personal hygiene and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Greet all guests with a warm friendly smile.
Show guests to their tables and present them with menus.
Answer phones and assist guests with any questions as well as taking and managing reservations.
Assist waitstaff with coffee/water refills for guests
Assist guests and waitstaff in all areas of The Estate.
Assist guests with items needed in their rooms.
Maintain a smooth guest flow.
Clearly communicate with guests, staff, and management with any issues that may arise.
Help to maintain a friendly professional atmosphere.
