About The Position

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Host/Hostess. This role involves greeting guests, managing seating, ensuring a positive dining experience, and supporting the service team. The position is hourly and reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

Little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas is required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
Estimate guest wait time and relay information professionally.
Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, pulling out chairs, and placing menus.
Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance.
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings, and organize seating for groups with special needs.
Ensure place settings are appropriate and include necessary items like napkins and clean silverware.
Check menus for currentness, cleanliness, and condition.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Resolve and respond to guest issues.
Assist servers as needed.
