You’ll create a positive first impression of the great service guests can expect at Chompie’s. Duties include promptly greeting guests with a smile, providing exceptional guest service and more. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are part of our winning team.

Requirements

16+ years of age with reliable transportation, and available to work flexible shifts to include mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Maintains the highest quality of guest service and adheres to our high standards of health and safety regulations, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
Greet guests courteously and promptly upon their entrance to the restaurant, direct them to a specific location, acknowledging their requests, and seating them in the best possible location available, while fairly and diplomatically rotating servers.
Gains knowledge of the floor plan and the ability to properly view and map out all large parties effectively without sacrificing the flow of the business with the knowledge of which tables may be “capped” for large parties and which are wheelchair accessible.
Works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with all coworkers and guests.
Be prepared for each shift on time according to scheduled shifts and maintain a regular and predictive attendance record and arrive in proper uniform maintaining a neat and kept appearance conveying a professional image for our guests.
