About The Position

The menu reflects a balance of land and sea—’ACQUA’ and ‘BISTECCA’—celebrating the bounty of the mid-Atlantic and the warmth of the grill. From simply grilled local Chesapeake tile Fish to delicately charred steak brushed in red Lambrusco butter, each dish is rooted in tradition yet reimagined with elevated, modern touches.

About the Role:
As a Host at Acqua Bistecca, you are the first and last impression of the guest experience. With warmth, organization, and grace, you’ll manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and ensure a seamless flow in the dining room while setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• At least 16 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Open Table, Seven Rooms, and register POS systems preferred
