About The Position
The 401 is in need of a host/hostess. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.
Requirements
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
- Food Handlers Certification.
- Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work with others.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort guests to the dining areas.
- Utilize handheld technology to pick and process online order transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit.
- Clean and gather menus during service.
