Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age or must be 18 years of age or older if serving alcohol
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their tables while engaging in warm and friendly conversation.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction, whether over the phone or in person.
• Provide accurate wait times, direct guests to restrooms, take reservations, receive to-go orders, and answer guest questions.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.
• Be a team player with a "can-do" attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
