About The Position

Sawgrass Country Club is now hiring for Hostess. The Hostess assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service. Recognizing and calling members by name. Assisting in all areas within the dining room as needed. Responsible for assuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient and pleasant manner.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement: 18
Open availability on holidays and weekends.
Computer skills including the reservation system, various Microsoft software, digital calendars and the web based software.
Time management and organization skill with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities in a changing environment.
Mature, professional behavior and appearance.
Excellent time management and organization skill with attention to detail.
Open to change, continued learning and upgrading of skills.
Communication skills to effectively interact with members and co-workers.
Professional presentation at all times.

Responsibilities

Greet each member that walks through the door by name, providing personal service and assisting the Member with their request.
Seat members in the dining venue.
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
Assist in all areas within the dining room as needed.
Assure that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient and pleasant manner.
