As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. This role is designated for our lobby restaurant, Stir.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• 0-1 years’ experience in similar position dealing with the general public.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring the hotel's standards of service.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the space(s) at all times.
• Take reservations and maintain reservation book.
• Assist in monitoring the guests' needs and all phases of the operation.
• Assume total responsibility when Manager is not present.
