About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated, guest-focused Host to join our team! This seasonal morning position plays a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience. As a Host, you are the first and last impression our guests have of the restaurant. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and support the service team in delivering memorable hospitality. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, quick on their feet, and enjoys creating positive guest experiences. Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous cash handling experience
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart
- Monitor dining room seating and table availability
- Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait-time estimates
- Ensure guests are comfortable and cared for while waiting
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Arrange tables to accommodate larger parties
- Support the restaurant team in delivering outstanding guest service
