About The Position

Greets and seats guests, manages reservations and wait lists, answers phones and handles customer inquiries. Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, coordinating with kitchen and wait staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Keep the waiting area clean and organized and process takeout orders. Professionally handle complaints and thank departing guests for their visit.
