About The Position
Magnolia Bluffs Casino, located on the historic site of the former Learned’s Mill, is seeking a Host/Hostess to join their expanding team. The casino, which opened in 2012 and is owned by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC, offers a comprehensive gaming and guest experience with numerous slot machines, table games, and dining options. The Host/Hostess will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the best gaming experience in Natchez.
Requirements
- Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
- Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Greets and seats guests in the restaurant in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Responsible for all takeout orders in the restaurant.
- Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
- Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner at the end of the shift.
- Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Restaurant Managers and/or Supervisors.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
