Responsibilities
- Greeting guests at the door and making everyone feel welcome
- Identifying our regulars and VIPs, knowing their preferences and accommodating their needs
- Taking and managing reservations and walk-in guests on OpenTable GuestCenter
- Seating guests with their preferences and the flow of the restaurant in mind
- Helping manage the dining room by updating where guests are in their dining experience
- Thanking guests when they leave and inviting them back
